Champagne and Strawberries 08by ~greensprout

This is the dessert I made yesterday for of course, Valentines day for the restaurant Red Ginger of Traverse City.

Its a champagne mousse, with dark chocolate lace and heart, strawberry dust, sauce, and white chocolate hearts.

Champagne and Strawberries 200 by ~greensprout. An elegant and exquisitely plated Valentine's Day dessert of champagne mousse with both white and dark chocolate and strawberry sauce. ( Featured by `Kitten-of-Woe )
